- The Healer Within
Our bodies go through different cycles of healing. Our healings come in different forms, but affects us on all levels…physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Something so simple, but sometimes easy to forget or even think about it that all that is needed for our body to heal is giving yourself the permission to heal…
Have you ever thought that the process of illness and pain in your body is your body’s way of getting your attention? It is your body’s reset button and Natures ideal of Tough Love.
To heal the body we first need to heal the deep-seated feelings that cause the disturbances. When an imbalance is present, a person’s sense of self, vitality and health is compromised. All emotional, mental and spiritual issues, as well as, physical problems and ill health affect the whole body’s energy field that surrounds our body.
When our bodies are in a deeply relaxed state (as with energy-based therapies, deep sleep, meditation, massage, yoga, relaxing soaks, etc.) that’s when our bodies are able to heal.
